- TRASH GATES have been installed and we are waiting for some programming issues to be taken care of. We will advise property owner when they fobs will be issued.
- 24 HOUR access will NOT be granted! FLMD will continue to lock the gates because we must restrict access to our water plant, sewer plant, gravel pile, maintenance shop, etc. The purpose for these gates is to keep non-residents out of our brush and dumpster area and to control excessive dumping.
- Reminder – Do not dump furniture, appliances, etc. in brush pile. This is not a dump site, it is for yard trimmings only. Don’t jeopardize this benefit, please.
