The Budget Process is upon us again and the 2022 Draft Budget is complete and will be presented to the Board of Directors at the October 12th Board meeting at 1:30 pm via Zoom. The Zoom Meeting information can be seen here: https://flmd.com/calendar/. If you would like the opportunity to review the budget, please either hit the link below or it will also be posted as part of the October 12th Board Meeting Packet on FLMD’s website: https://flmd.com/2021-bd-of-directors-packets/ by October 11th. The Milestones to remember are shown below:
Draft Budget Presentation – October 12th Board Meeting – After this meeting, District Manager will brief the Board on the Highlights and the Budget will then be noticed in the Durango Herald newspaper, as is required by state statute.
Public Hearings of the Draft Budget – November 9th Board Meeting – At this meeting the public will have an opportunity to ask questions or provide any complaints since this will be the Public Hearing.
Adoption of the Budget – December 14th Board Meeting – At this meeting, the Board will approve the budget.
