Utility Relief

The Town is assisting area residents with LEAP applications. LEAP, Low-income Energy Assistance Program, is designed to assist low-income households with paying their winter home heating costs, but is not intended to pay the entire cost. You do not need to live in town to apply or benefit from this personal assistance, however if you are a town utility customer you may be eligible for additional  assistance from the Town Utility Relief Fund for water, sewer and garbage. LEAP forms can be picked up at Town Hall during normal business hours. email to see if you or a famliy member or neighbor can qualify, or call 970-884-9544 x103.
